Impact analysis
The direct operational consequence is that ILY deposits on KuCoin are closed while the exchange cites essential maintenance. Users attempting to deposit ILY during this period should expect the service to be unavailable, though the source does not describe what happens to attempted transfers. The notice does not mention withdrawals, trading pairs, or balances, so no effect on those can be confirmed from it. Because KuCoin says it will not publish a further announcement on restoration, users who need to know when deposits reopen have no announced notification channel from this source and would need to check the service status themselves. This content is for checking the exchange's official announcement only and is not investment or trading advice.
What the announcement does not say
The source does not disclose the expected restoration date, the technical cause beyond 'essential maintenance,' how pending or attempted deposits are handled, or whether any other ILY service is affected.
